1. Agreement
1.1 These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and YETI. SUPPLY I/S regarding the use of our webshop and any purchases made through it.
1.2 We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically. Continued use of the webshop after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Products and Availability
2.1 All products on www.yetisupply.xyz are subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue any product without notice.
2.2 By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
3.2 Payment is made via the payment methods available at checkout (e.g., Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay).
3.3 Payments are securely processed by third-party payment providers. YETI. SUPPLY does not have access to your payment details.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 We deliver within Denmark using external courier services.
4.2 Delivery times are typically 2–5 business days. Delays may occur due to holidays, force majeure, or carrier issues.
4.3 Risk of the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
4.4 Any additional charges, such as customs fees for international shipments, are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive the product.
5.2 Returned items must be unused, clean, and in their original packaging with any labels intact.
5.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
5.4 Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item.
6. Complaints and Warranty
6.1 We provide a 2-year warranty in accordance with Danish law.
6.2 Defective products must be reported to us as soon as possible via support@yetisupply.xyz.
6.3 For valid complaints, the item may be repaired, exchanged, or refunded at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content on the webshop, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by YETI. SUPPLY I/S and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of content is prohibited without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the extent permitted by law, YETI. SUPPLY I/S is not liable for indirect losses such as business interruption, data loss, or lost profits.
8.2 We are also not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
9. Personal Data
9.1 We process your personal information in accordance with Danish law and our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Information is used for order processing, delivery, marketing, and statistics.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or technical failures of third parties.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the Danish courts with reference to the registered office of YETI. SUPPLY I/S in Hvide Sande.
