1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused and in its original condition

All tags and labels are intact

The item is returned in its original packaging

You contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

The return is received by us within 30 days of delivery

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

2. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color).

If you wish to exchange an item, please:

1. Return the original item following the return process below

2. Place a new order for the desired item or size

 

3. How to Return an Item

1. Contact us at support@yetisupply.xyz before returning your order, so we can provide guidance.

2. Include your order number and reason for return.

3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from us.

4. Ship the item securely using a tracked shipping service.

Note: Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

 

4. International Returns

If returning an item from outside your country:

Clearly mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges

Any customs fees incurred will be deducted from your refund

 

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
