1. Shipping and Delivery Times

 

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark. We dispatch orders Monday to Friday on business days.

Estimated delivery times:

Denmark: 1–3 business days

Selected European countries: up to 7 business days

Other countries (USA, Canada, etc.): up to 3 weeks

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination, local conditions, and carrier operations.

2. Shipping prices

 

We offer standard shipping on all orders.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Domestic (Denmark)
Standard Shipping – 60 DKK / 8 EUR
Shipped with PostNord or GLS.

Europe (EU)
Standard Shipping – 150 DKK / 20 EUR
Shipped with PostNord or GLS.

Worldwide (Outside EU)
Standard Shipping – 200 DKK / 27 EUR
Shipped with PostNord or GLS.

All prices include handling and packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Please note that delivery prices may vary slightly depending on carrier operations and destination.

 

3. Customs and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees. These charges are typically collected upon delivery and are not included in your order total. We cannot advise on the exact amount, so please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email that allows you to follow your package. You can also find the tracking link at the bottom of our website: www.yetisupply.xyz.

 

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us immediately at support@yetisupply.xyz

2. Provide a clear description and attach photos of the item

We will assess the situation and provide a suitable solution.

Please note: YETI. SUPPLY is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or care. Always follow the care instructions provided to maintain the quality and durability of your items.

 

6. Missing Packages

 Check your tracking number for the status of your shipment.

For deliveries within Denmark, your order should arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, contact the carrier immediately.

If the issue cannot be resolved with the carrier, contact us at support@yetisupply.xyz and we will assist you.

7. Pre-orders

When placing a pre-order, you commit to purchasing the product. A pre-order reserves an item that is produced or allocated specifically for your order.


• Once production for your pre-order has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

• Pre-orders are paid upfront and will be shipped as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse.

• Standard return rights apply only after you have received the product, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

• This pre-order policy takes precedence over any general cancellation rules described elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions.
